Bowling shoes are required on our lanes. Bowling game price is inclusive of shoe hire. Participants will be responsible and liable for any damages or loss of Kicks property.
No food, beverages or animals may be brought onto the premises. Food and drinks may be purchased at the venue.
Management reserves right to refuse entry or remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.
You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in the participation in bowling, the XD Dark Ride and arcade activities. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
Kicks takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. However Kicks will not be liable for any person in respect of loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Kicks) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of.
The XD Dark Ride is recommended for ages 6 years and up. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Adults / Carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you at the premises must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss or damage to Kicks.
Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes, on the XD Dark Ride or for use in marketing materials, and you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.
Kicks takes no responsibilities for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property, brought into or stored in our premises.

Bookings purchased via this website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
Bookings are only valid for the duration of the booking and will expire once the booking date and time has lapsed.
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation to check-in and organise any other requests where applicable.
We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your activities if you or any guests in your group are late.
In the unforeseen circumstance Kicks encounters technical issues, your bowling start time may begin later than the original booking start time.
Where you purchase concession or Parra Leagues Member price tickets online, suitable identification and a valid Parra Leagues Membership card must be provided at the centre to receive these rates. If these cannot be provided, then the difference in transaction price will be required to be charged to proceed with the booking.
The purchasing of products and services may be subject to credit card and other fees. Kicks reserves the right to vary the amount of this transaction fee from time to time, as specified in the booking purchasing process.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in AUD and include GST.
Vouchers and bookings can only be purchased through this web site by using a major credit card. Your credit card account will be debited at the time of ordering.
Kicks uses the Stripe Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
Payments are processed in real-time.
Kicks does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Stripe.

Handle your vouchers as you would cash. Be cautious if someone offers to sell you this document – it has no official resale value and may be an unauthorised copy. You release Kicks from any liability, claim or the like arising as a result of Kicks honouring a stolen or unauthorised copy of an e-voucher.
Lost, damaged or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Kicks reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any Kicks vouchers. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Online bookings are redeemable at Kicks on Level 3 of Parramatta Leagues Club only.
BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Kids Party timeslots on Saturday and Sunday are 10.30am, 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 6.30pm. No kids birthday party bookings can be made outside of those timeslots.
Kicks is flexible with the kids party timeslots on weekdays within Kicks trading days and hours.
All Kicks birthday packages are a minimum booking of 10 children and a maximum of 40 children.
Your birthday party group will be allocated a party room at the time of booking. Please note no tables will be reserved for adults. Availability of additional seating for adults is not guaranteed, particularly during busier periods.
Kicks birthday parties run for approximately 2 hours.
You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your birthday party start time to ensure your party begins on time.
No external food or beverage is permitted, unless in relation to a food allergy which the centre has been made aware of. A birthday cake is allowed.
No confetti, loose glitter or pinatas are permitted in the venue. No sticky tape, removeable adhesive (blu tack), adhesive hooks (3M hooks) etc are to be used on the walls or glass. No decorations are to be fastened to the walls or glass. A cleaning fee may be charged by Kicks if this condition is not adhered to.
A deposit of $100 is required within 7 days of the booking being made. Payments can be made through the Functions team via credit card over the phone or via bank transfer.
If payment is not received, the tentative hold will be cancelled and the party timeslot will be released.
The following information must be confirmed 14 days before your booking:
your final numbers in attendance for the party
meal selection for the children: chicken nuggets and chips or hot dogs or vegetarian spring rolls and chips
any extra platters or birthday cake
membership number, if applicable.
Final pre-payment is required 10 days before the booking. Payments can be made through the Functions team via credit card over the phone or via bank transfer.
Parramatta Leagues Club has the right to cancel a booking where payment has not been made by the deadline.

If your party is Arcade Only Package, closed sport shoes must be worn by all guests.
The minimum age for children at Kick’s Ten Pin Bowling birthday parties is 5 years old.
